When we entered the store the manager (Grace) was with another customer but she acknowledged us and offered us hot drinks while we waited. I was shopping with an older gentleman who has learning difficulties and Grace was careful to include him in discussions about the bed he was buying, rather than just talking to me. Grace clearly explained the different types of beds, mattresses and headboards and was happy to repeat information. Grace was polite, helpful and friendly.

The Manager Grace was very helpful and explained everything in full. its was a pleasure to visit the shop and, Grace made our purchase very easy . Also gave a full explanation of the purchased goods . We look forward to your guys delivering the bed next Monday and carrying out the assembly. Kind Regards Stuart & Family
