I bought a Flaxby 8500 mattress in January and now have ordered the matching base divan and head board. The Filton branch are v helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I am partially sighted so that is why I am satisfied rather than highly satisfied in some categories - it is not the fault of the store! Overall buying experience with Mike and Frace is excellent.

Staff were very pleasent and polite. We were offered a drink and the products were explained in detail.
