Dreams - Bristol - Filton

I was not sure which mattresses i wanted to buy when i arrived at the store. I was greeted by a charming friendly young lady waiting for me at the door. She took us through the safety procedure in a polite,efficient manner and listened while i told her what i required in outline and the price i wanted to pay. She then showed me three mattresses which i layed on while she described the pros and cons of each one. I felt confident to make my selection then she took me to the till and offered me coffee while she explained the optional extras available and delivery info. Always in a friendly and professional manner. I have to say i have always found this to be the case when i have shopped at Dreams. The staff training is quite exceptionally good.

I found them extremly professional they asked me if I felt protected whilst looking around and did I feel I needed more protection. Didnt try to rush me I felt completely safe in all I did. Well Done
