Sophie was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on the different types of mattresses which would be best for us. Grace helped with the final process and was very helpful.

Shop spotless, friendly and organized, knowledgeable staff!

We were impressed by the technology used to find out the best mattress according to a person's body weight etc. Unfortunately, cannot remember the name of the system - it's the one where you had to lie down on a mattress and you could see a projection of yourself on a screen above your head :). Also, Sophie, the store assistant who helped us choose our mattresses and beds, was very knowledgeable and kind.

Sophie was so helpful not at all forceful and knew her products so was able to advise us accordingly.

Very impressed with the service received from the Dreams Sales Person. Keaghan was highly knowledgeable and knew is stuff. NOT overpowering as some Sales Reps can be. Explained the individual products expertly and then gave you a few minutes privacy to discuss each mattress with the other half. The computer technology, is a god send, as it gives u a place to start. Overall experience was excellent and looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress. We hope it meets our expectations.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Keaghan who assisted us all the way through. He helped us choosing correct mattress and then bend backwards and forwards to accommodate my mother's needs ( which wasn't easy ). He was very professional and keen to help. Told us every detail we needed to know. Great employee who deserves some bonus 😉.

The main reason for our satisfaction during our visit was due to a friendly colleague by the name of Keaghan. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with our purchase. Kheagan is our only reason for return to purchase our next set of bed furniture. Kheagan took his time with us and went above and beyond even though we stayed 10 minutes past the store closing time. He is truly an exceptional employee and a master of customer service.
