This was my fourth time visiting this store. Sophie has on each occasion been totally committed to providing the very best customer service she could. My three previous visits over the last 6 months were very much fact finding, I did not spend a penny. I was not sure which mattresses i wanted to buy when i arrived at the store. I was greeted by a charming friendly young lady waiting for me at the door. She took us through the safety procedure in a polite,efficient manner and listened while i told her what i required in outline and the price i wanted to pay. She then showed me three mattresses which i layed on while she described the pros and cons of each one. I felt confident to make my selection then she took me to the till and offered me coffee while she explained the optional extras available and delivery info. Always in a friendly and professional manner. I have to say i have always found this to be the case when i have shopped at Dreams. The staff training is quite exceptionally good.
