Dreams - Bristol - Filton

We visited Dreams with the hope of finding a new mattress and potentially a bed frame. Upon wondering around the store initially we were unsure of what we wanted however colleague Mike helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress. Amazing customer service and highly recommend if you aren't sure what you're looking for.

We were really well looked after by the lovely lady and the chap who introduced us as we came in the store (I believe her name was Grace, and the chap Alex). The experience was new and novel. I loved the little intro video & sizing technology using the xbox connect to measure the mattress firmness we required. We were certain we wouldn't find a mattress within our allocated budget of £500 but Grace who looked after us managed to find us an ex showroom mattress and helped us find deals for pillows, a mattress cover and protector all for £545! She even had advice for my overheating issue which is going to completely change the way I sleep (proposed a cooling mattress cover which is magic and pillow). We wouldn't have been able to afford the extras if there wasn't a great and affordable mattress in store. We went home very happy customers. Also all the covid procedures were on point. Thanks again :)
