Our sales rep - Sophie, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She took time to ensure she understood our needs and provided us will all of the information we needed to make a decision, without feeling over pressurized. The social distancing and cleanliness measures in place in the store are excellent.

Sophie, the assistant was fantastic, very knowledgable, calm and friendly. All products were explained in full and the sleep match system was great. The Covid measures in place were thorough whilst not getting in the way of our visit. We were not rushed or pushed into a sale and felt very comfortable with our decision to purchase after having plenty of time to make the right choice.

We visited Dreams with the hope of finding a new mattress and potentially a bed frame. Upon wondering around the store initially we were unsure of what we wanted however colleague Mike helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress. Amazing customer service and highly recommend if you aren't sure what you're looking for.
