Felt at ease throughout being served by Grace. Welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Took time to explain the quality and difference between products. Allowed time to test the mattresses. Excellent from start to finish with customer service.

Our sales rep - Sophie, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She took time to ensure she understood our needs and provided us will all of the information we needed to make a decision, without feeling over pressurized. The social distancing and cleanliness measures in place in the store are excellent.
