Went in to browse for a new bed. Sales assistant approached us and asked if we needed any help. Said we were just looking around but would get back to him if we had any queries. He explained about Covid precautions and left us to look around. We went back to him and asked about the two beds we were interested in, he was knowledgeable about the products and helped us to make our choice. Ordering etc was quite straightforward. Overall pleased with our experience and your sales staff.

I liked that I could book an appointment as I was worried about there being lots of people in the shop as I wanted to try all the matresses. I got to go on the funny machine that suggests a matress type for you. I was surprised by the suggestion as it suggested v firm and I thought that would be way too hard for me but the employee talked me through all the different matress types and showed me several to try. I ended up choosing a firm matress with memory foam top and spring bottom which I wouldn't have tried by myself and will end up being much more supporting for me. The employee was friendly and chatty without being intrusive and gave me as much time as I needed to try the matresses. I also got a free pillow, which was nice.
