We were very impressed with the amount of products available. The assistant (Grace) was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, she advised us about the different mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to try as many of them as we wanted. The actual ordering process was straightforward.

We went to Filton (Bristol) Branch. We asked for help with our set of requirements and Sophie who was on duty that morning was courteous, helpful, answered our questions, and gave us useful product information about the matresses which enabled us to choose which items we bought.

Attention to detail
