employee supported without me feeling like I couldn't look comfortably without being pushed! We ended up buying a more expensive matress but because we felt it was best for us, grace supported us, but didn't try to push a particular or more expensive product, only helped meet our needs effectively

Came in unsure of what mattress I wanted. Mike- store assistant was very knowledgeable and informative. Made choosing a product very easy. Listened to my requests and help me find the perfect product

Mike was very helpful and friendly. We did the sleep match. Tried several styles of mattresses using the PPE. Was offered drinks several times. Mike was very patient while we were deciding our bed.

Went in to browse for a new bed. Sales assistant approached us and asked if we needed any help. Said we were just looking around but would get back to him if we had any queries. He explained about Covid precautions and left us to look around. We went back to him and asked about the two beds we were interested in, he was knowledgeable about the products and helped us to make our choice. Ordering etc was quite straightforward. Overall pleased with our experience and your sales staff.
