Mike the young man who assisted me was both respectful and friendly caring and overall made My visit a pleasant one. I would recommend this store in Filton 1 million times. Staff Brilliant. But Mike the young man who served me was just so so helpful in every way he could be

Mike assisted us fully following the recommended preferred mattress using the system analyser. His knowledge was wide and he clearly understood the research and science behind each mattress, which helped us to choose the right mattress. The overall experience in the Filton Dreams branch was a very positive one and I wish all customer service could be delivered with such dedication. I also felt educated in the process, helping to make an informed choice.

We were greeted with a cheery hello and asked if we needed assistance or were we just looking around, didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. The assistant who helped us knew about the products we purchased ,also offered us a drink while we were browsing , the shop was well marked out for social distancing and we felt very comfortable there.
