Sophie was very professional and took time to listen to our needs and explain the difference in mattresses and which would suit us best. We weren’t pressured at any point and found it a very relaxed experience. Had a coffee whilst order processed which was very welcome.

The assistant took time to explain the machine that confirmed which type we are compatible as we are firm. Listen to our needs, likes and dislikes, gave us time to review each option without breathing down our necks to make a decision. Once we made our decision the ordering process was explained. We did want our mattress quickly but no fault of the assistance we have to wait six weeks which was a little disappointing. Overall experience was highly satisfied
