We were served by Mike who was extremely helpful, courteous and experienced. We didn’t feel at all rushed into making our decision and were given plenty of choice and a quick delivery date too. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Dreams and, providing the goods arrive on time and in good condition, them we will rate this experience a 10/10.

We were very well looked after. Asked if we wanted tea/coffee/water etc. Asked plenty of questions, relevant to the type of mattress we would benefit from. Mike was very friendly and helpful 😊
