Grace was extremely attentive and helpful when we were in the store selecting a new mattress and bed frame. It was refreshing from the pushy salespeople that you occasionally come across when shopping. After looking around initially on our own we selected a mattress and wanted a frame to go with it within our budget. Grace demonstrated how we can search the website via the touch TV and also let us browse on the PC, offering her expertise on which would be better suited to our needs. Once we'd chosen the process was straightforward and easy. Grace explained the process well, answered any questions we had and left us feeling happy with our purchase. Thank you Grace!

We were served by Mike who was extremely helpful, courteous and experienced. We didn’t feel at all rushed into making our decision and were given plenty of choice and a quick delivery date too. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Dreams and, providing the goods arrive on time and in good condition, them we will rate this experience a 10/10.
