Visited the dreams store at Filton looking for a new bed frame and received help and advice from Sophie who was very helpful and helped us find the right frame

Sales lady was absolutely brilliant she wasn’t too over the top but she helped us perfectly with our order as soon as she realised we knew what we were looking for she left us in peace and as soon as she realised we’ve made up her mind she took our order as quickly as she possibly could

Fantastic staff; really helpful and helped educate me on different mattress choices to make sure I chose the right model. New to the mattress buying world so the advice was invaluable. Very friendly and would recommend to others.

The assistant (Yassine) was very polite, had high knowledge of the products and was very attentive, he also explained why he wanted me to lie on the test bed (which was a good experiance). Once the test was completed he showed a range of mattresses of various prices and quality. At no time was I coersed into choosing a higher priced product, I was allowed to make up my own mind. The purchase was easy and uneventful and delivery date was arranged, which was satisfying, Yassine is a asset to your company.

The shop assistant was knowledgeable and friendly and professional she offered me a coffee and listened to my needs. The delivery driver was very courteous and friendly and they did a great job, he explained about letting the mattress breath before putting on the sheets and told me details about aftercare and guarantees. The whole experience was outstanding. It is a refreshing change to have such friendly and professional staff who are knowledgeable and go out of their way to fulfill the customers needs. Well done!!

I spoke to both staff in the shop (I think their names are Grace and Sophie, apologies if this is wrong), and both were extremely helpful in all respects - welcoming me when I arrived, directing me to the products I was interested in, and making it very straightforward to place my order.
