Sophie came and asked if I would like some help when I went into the store. She was very polite, had PPE in place, had a very good knowledge of the products, was able to offer alternatives and gave me a printed copy of the elements of the order that I was considering to take away and study. When I placed the order over the phone a few hours later she was very professional and remembered all the details of my earlier visit. I had a very pleasant experience.

I took my 89 year old disabled mother with me and we were both met at the door and the hand sanitiser was in front of us and we were offered a bottle of water, tea or coffee. The staff were very friendly, making sure that my mother was comfortable by bringing her a chair when needed, and took their time ensuring her needs were met. Mum could not manage the stairs so we were shown items on the computer screen regarding frames for a small double bed. Mum was happy with the experience which was the main point of our visit.
