When we then asked for help she made some great suggestions and advised the scanning tool to see which mattress would be best for us. The machine suggested products that we would not have initially have considered and Sophie carefully and knowledgeably explained why we should consider them. She helped us to find the right products and then gave us some space while we were trying them so that we could make our decision without feeling under pressure.
