Good assistance who had good knowledge of the job

Staff were available to assist me promptly. The advisor that I had was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and discuss options with me. Just what I needed to complete my purchase in the knowledge that I had all the information that I required in order to make my decision.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff and they were vry helpful and understanding of my needs

Yassine was very attentive as I was in a lot of pain and my daughter has cerebral palsy and a learning disability. He took the time to explain everything and she was fitted with the bed assessment which went very well. When we had to go upstairs he was right behind me checking that I was safe making sure that I took my time. He offered us drinks on many occasions. He is a credit to you and can’t thank him enough.
