Mike the sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable, at no point did we feel pressurised and we had plenty of time to try the mattresses recommended by the machine. The price was great plus the extra 20% discount in the store sale was a bonus and it was easy to finance the bed.

Mike was very very helpful. Tested about 5 beds to get the right one he was very good at his job. Its was even nice to be asked if i wanted a hot drink. Pleased that he could get the bed delivered before xmas. Good service.
