I am Disabled, lower legs and Hands severely affected. The colleague insisted on charging me £18 for fitting 6 castors, even though a friends Daughter had the same thing for free a week earlier. I told the colleague this and She was not interested. The delivery drivers were excellent and disgusted i had been charged.

I didn't placed the order over the phone. The order was placed in the store and the personnel was very professional and helpful.

Alan is an excellent salesman, friendly, polite and efficient. He wasn't pushy but quietly took us through the range of beds we were looking for and made positive suggestions and advice. He could not have been more helpful. We even had a cup of tea!

As I paid for my purchases, your colleague, Grace, informed my daughter & I that the bed I ordered would be delivered in 2 / 3 weeks, to which I agreed. Grace advised the headboard I had selected would take 7 weeks. She went on to state that I would receive a call from her or customer service first thing in the morning (29th May) to agree a delivery date for the bed. I duly signed the agreement and off I went. 29th May. No call. My daughter phoned the store at 15.10 and spoke to 'Ian', who informed her that he was 'literally in the process' of dealing with my order and would phone me back. No call. I then rang again at 16.55 and spoke to 'Ian'. Ian informed me that the information Grace had advised my daughter and I on the previous day was incorrect; there was never going to be a call to me today to agree a delivery date. This will only happen approximately 2 weeks after placing the original order. Ian proceeded to inform me that I am a much valued customer. When I asked him to reflect on the poor service I have received today and the serious miscommunication by Grace he agreed Dreams' actions to don't speak louder than their words.
