I know for products mire than consultant, and he was a store manager! In the day when we went in store ti place a order there were another couple - English, and we - me and my partner are not. There was a diferent servuce for them and for us, wich made ne fill a bit stupid. We spend a same money or may be more then them, but them consultant speak with them with atentuon and smile on her face and she ofer them cofe...for us...nothing, he not even smile. I'm not sure that I'll go back in Dreams ever. I was on the edge to give up of ordering but my partner is a bit shy and he not fill good if I did that, so we bought a bed frame, but I'm not sure that I'll buy anything else from there. If I'm not a valuable costumer because I am not English then I have nothing to do there.

I didn't say I wasn't satisfied. The 'affordable' beds were not in direct view when we entered the store. We were about to leave when we saw mattresss over £1500. the salesman started to tell us about the quality of the products when I said we would never pay that amount of money. He then showed us the 'affordable' ones. (His words). We payed more than we wanted to but felt that there was no option. He explained the difference between mattresses very well.

Not being able to choose delivery date before going through the credit check. Need the bed by next week, was told delivery would be 5-7 days placed the order and dos credit check only to find delivery is 3 weeks. Order couldn't be cancelled so now have the bed being delivers too late

I was interested in the beds and mattresses on sale as this was the reason we visited the store. Budget was important to us. I said to the assistant helping us on a number of occasions that budget was important and essentially i wanted to get the best mattress for the budget. The sales assistant was not happy to work that way and refused to work on budget but rather on the mattress we wanted. It was intimidating and i felt very pushed into the sale we made and it was awkward and felt uncomfortable. Really I would of appreciated respect for our budget and still been seen as important customers. I left thinking he must be paid on commission as he was so pushy.

Went to order a headboard for a single bed. They only had three metal ones on show, not the one I had seen on line. The sales person looked on the computer, found they one I wanted and ordered it for me. The problem was he did not tell me until after I had ordered it and paid that I had to wait two months for it to be delivered!

I was happy with the product but it was after I paid I was told that I would have to wait a MONTH before I could have it delivered. When I rang to to see about cancelling my order 5 minutes after leaving the store, I was told it would cost me 10% (roughly £100) to cancel it. Do you make the mattresses to order?! Knowing delivery time before paying would have seriously changed my mind. You took a grand off me and then told me I would have to wait

The blindingly obvious sales technique and the sudden change in personality when we made it clear we were visiting BECAUSE of the sale advertised on TV. Once clear we were not interested in the items not on sale at the rear of the shop, the change in attitude was clear. When I asked about delivery and removal charges I was brushed aside and told we'd discuss them later. At £80 simply to deliver a mattress and take the old one away, I'm not surprised he didn't want to discuss it. The location of your distribution centre is your business. The reason we visited and bought from your shop was because it was so local. I could have bought elsewhere or online and paid less for the same "service"!
