We were informed that our delivery cost included set up. However this was not the case. We were miss informed. The next available date was in a week and we had no bed. Furthermore our delivery had a missing piece (a sprung slat). Another couple came in to pick there bed because they had been waiting ages for it to be delivered. It appears that there are delivery issues.

I had to wait over 40 minutes for assistance. I understand it was Saturday and there were many people in the shop, but it was quite a long wait. Everything else was fantastic (so far, I have not received the product yet :-) )

When i walked in, nobody approached me till i asked them to have the assistance of the product.

The amount of products is limited but enough to compare and make a choice.

Mix up with the bed size but the staff in Filton were helpful.Customer service made a mistake with the refund and had to call them a few times.

I cannot be fully satisfied until the product arrives. The delivery options were too restrictive. I wanted just to have an old mattress taken away, which would have cost me almost £60.

I told them what I was looking for them had to come home look at the internet then go back, product knowledge was very poor, store not very disabled friendly, but they did bring the mattress to the downstairs for my mother th try
