The only reason for my comment was that the mattress of my choice was not offered at half price!

I personally feel mattresses are generally overpriced... I would not be Highly Satisfied on that front wherever I went.

There wasn't much choice regarding the date of delivery

I have purchased a bed to be used by my lodgers. The assistants were attentive, and recommended that divan. Delivery waiting time is 11 days. Which seems a long time for a company specializing in beds. Until the divan has been delivered, assembled and used by the lodger, I really have no idea if I have made a good purchase, or lodgers will find it comfortable

Looked at web site and was hoping for a quicker delivery

the bed we wanted was not available to take away - we had to order it and arrange a delivery time

I initially believed the sale prices were very advantageous however when I eventually chose the bed and mattress combination the final price I was charged (over £600) was far more than I expected to pay. Also... I was charged an unreasonable price for delivery of the goods and I was then told the delivery drivers would not take the goods upstairs. I find this level of service poor.
