Dreams - Bristol - Filton

Just a few minor points: a) Store manager said that the delivery people would put the old mattress into the recycling bag, but the instructions on the bag told me to do it. b) I got contradictory messages on the delivery time (and didn't receive the promised e-mail the night before). My 2 hour slot was given as 1:15 to 3:15 but I then received a message that the delivery would be at 12:30. Not a great problem in this case but I could have been out.

I am yet to receive the product so cannot say I am highly satisfied until I receive and have the opportunity to use it

We wanted a Saturday delivery but all Saturdays were booked so we booked next available Friday 26th May

The staff (Abby in Bristol store) was fantastic. My only comment is that it's a shame to have to wait six weeks to get the bed

Assistant took time to listen to us and our needs

Not a very big choice of single bed headboards

Good service Good selection Good price will recommend to frainds

It would be impossible for me to rate it as perfect as I don't enjoy shopping
