Sales person was friendly but a bit pushy. process was slower than expected

I was sold a clearance item (headboard) which turned out to be the wrong size for the bed I was purchasing. On returning item to store I couldn't get an immediate refund as the store assistant wasn't able to refund clearance items so she had to email customer services. Also, I made a small ammendment to my order a couple of hours after placing my order which then caused me to be given a later delivery date, despite terms and conditions stating changes can be made in the first 48 hours without affecting delivery date.

Beds from all chain retailer are relatively poor quality compared to beds made 25 years ago mostly due to cheap material and an assembly method whose strength doesn’t come close the a dovetail joint. I therefore always find the price seems high when ever I buy a bed, wherever I go

Would have liked to have bought a mattress in the 50% sale but couldn't find the right one in the sale. Would have liked the mattress delivered sooner but sales person did explain delivery time was normal for the bed industry.

over priced iv now looked at other stores and could have got bed for a lot less, cant cancel order without a charge.

I was shopping for a mattress that was necessary, that was going to cost a fortune.

Highly satisfied is an exceptional marking. I did not consider the price, or the delivery time to be exceptional.

Delivery is somewhat tardy considering the cost.

We went into the store not really knowing what we wanted. Alan was very helpful talking us through the mattresses but then went and left us to try them out at a distance where we could discuss things but close enough that her quickly returned to help when we were done. Getting the children to draw a zoo was inspired and kept them entertained and animated while we placed our order!

The prices were in comparison to other stores and not particularly cheap. I also feel that any deals offered entail further expenditure, for example, 40 day trial but a mattress cover must be purchased at point of sale, this should be made clearer.
