Dreams - Bristol - Filton

This is my 2nd purchase in this store and generally a good experience but I would not rate it as "Highly satisfying" due to the long lead time on the purchase (4 - 6 Weeks).

A wider range of wooden bedframes would have been welcome.

We had to do 2 separate orders for our beds as the deliver time for one was over 6 weeks!

If the price can be lower, it would be highly satisfied

Because the product was only on line to look at not in store

Can’t check before we went in store but was a longer lead time on the mattress

I think your lighting should be improved as the shop looks closed from outside it also doesn’t help with seeing colours of headboards. The two beds are extremely uncomfortable - not anything like the ones in the showroom. Returned to shop and was told to give it 30 days as the beds need to be broken in. Assistant was very sympathetic. Still having difficulty with sleeping and wake with really painful back which I have never had before.

I felt the sales person was not really that interested in our specific needs just wanted to sell a mattress.

Need to wait till order arrives to ensure I am Then satisfied.Very disappointed with the delay of 1 month for delivery.

Product knowledge Once I left the store and found a problem no one answered the phone. Over 24 hours until I was called back
