Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was on hand whenever we needed help without being too intrusive. we were given a drink and talked through the product with honest impartial advise

Alan , the store manager was very helpful, attentive and friendly. He showed me how the bed hight could be adjusted to ensure the drawers fit and roll properly.

The assistant was well informed and made us fill very confident in the product knowledge. Very efficient in service and giving alternatives to any issues that we had.

Alan @ Branch 49 filton bristol was an excellent sales advisor. He is the manager of the store. So friendly and so helpful. Didn't make us feel rushed in the slightest. Understood my medical needs when finding the correct matteress. Alan was fantastic and very friendly made the whole experience very easy.

We found the Colleague that helped us very knowledgeable and polite (IAN 049). He took his time to make sure we got the right bed, and also offered us tea or coffee. Overall, we were very happy with the experience of visiting a Dreams store.

My finance application was declined. I have a super high credit score and am aware of the factors that impact this. Checking back online I was declined as my delivery address (my new property address) is different to my current address not because I don’t have eligibility. Feels like a training issue or a system issue as I would have secured finance if I’d just bought online (and did successfully do so with a competitor for another product, same finance company).

Not the full range of products/styles available as I thought there would be, so had to compromise.

Highly Satisfied would suggest an experience like no other! I was happy with the service and the product i bought, but then i went in knowing what i wanted so it wasn't exactly a hard sell
