The Staff were caring and knowledgable and Sophie was very helpful in aiding us to make the right purchase.

From the moment I stepped into the store I felt safe and well looked after. The attention to Covid restrictions was clear with sanitiser, gloves, and protective paper (for lying on the beds) available. The safety guidance was directive without being overstated and didn't negatively affect my experience. The personal service I received from Sophie was outstanding: she was honest, helpful, gave me lots of time and did not try to push me into buying anything I didn't want. Her manner was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, and there was a sense of camaraderie and supportive teamwork between her and her other colleagues in the store. I would wholeheartedly recommend that others use this store if they are looking for excellent service.

Abbie who assisted us was very friendly, did not rush us and gave us lots of advice. We were able to try a number of mattresses without any difficulties.

Sophies knowledge was most excellent she was able to talk through everything available to us to suit our budget.The match machine was amazing. we would most definately come back

Staff greeted us a soon as we entered the store and explained the sanitising and social distancing we were required to do. Explained we would require Ppe to try out mattresses.

I wasn’t rushed into purchasing a item. I was showed around the store & then had a second look to make sure I was making the right choice. I was offered tea or coffee which doesn’t happen in many stores. Mike sold the bed & mattress to me who was very polite.

Everyone was very friendly helpful and curtius. My mother is 84 .who we were buying a mattress for and the staff were extremely attentive to her needs.we were offered a choice of refreshments on several occasions
