Lovely customer service, extremely friendly staff went beyond standard customer service to help us find the perfect mattress. Alan was brilliant, making jokes and being friendly and patient as we tried out almost every bed in the store! Never rushed us or tried to make sleazy sales cliches, we left extremely satisfied with the purchase we made and that was thanks to the wonderful Alan.

The 2 salespeople were both very helpful and knowledgable . James, the salesman who served us, went out of his way to accommodate us, allowing us to traipse between and test the different mattresses we were contemplating for a couple of hours ( even made us tea/coffee ) James also gave very good and pertinent advice regarding the best way forward, each time we had an impass on a decision . James also patiently explained the differences between the different Tempura mattresses.

Fast and efficient ordering and receivement of my ordered product, recieved updates on when product was to be delivered and that time was met.
