Everything we wanted was OK.

The sales assistant, Alan, took the time to understand our requirements, find the right bed for us and explain the benefits of each mattress, pillow, protector, etc that we were interested in. Extremely friendly service! We'd definitely recommend Dreams Filton

The person helping us was very nice and listened very closely to what we wanted and needed. She was very understanding and great with our two (small) kids. She understood very quickly what we needed and offered several options. She appeared to know everything well and was able to give us very good advice. Her name is Grace

Very helpful sales assistant and good choice of products. Delivery arrangements were very good, and we particularly pleased to see that old product could be recycled.

Dreams supplied exactly what I wanted. Assistants were very helpful.

James was fantastic as soon as we came into the store we was greeted in such a polite manor James listen to all our needs and helped us choose our new bed we brought lots of extras witch we didn't think we need until James explained how important the correct pillow was and mattress protector

GRACE IS A CREDIT TOYOUR STORE AND COMPANY, SDHE COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US DURING OUR VISIT. VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND COLLEAGUE ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Satff knowledge of products was excellent which enabled to make an informed choice.

We were greeted upon entering the store and then talked through all our various choices with full explanations of the products we were trying. Tea and coffe was provided and James the assistant manager of the store spent a good deal of time making sure we left with the best product for us (not neccessarilly the most expensive). Although we did purchase the top of the range. Furthermore I believe he will being helping a friend of ours who has a problem with a previously bought product. Really admirable qualities.
