I was given a lot of help and attention when choosing a mattress. With no idea what I wanted, I was assisted in choosing the perfect mattress and there was no purchase pressure or time pressure. Plenty of information was given.

Friendly staff. Gave the information we needed without being too 'pushy'.

After visiting your Brislington park and being COMPLETELY IGNORED[this was March/April when looking for a bed for my daughter]I went next door to Bensons where I had fantastic service and bought a bed I didn't think I would visit dreams ever again, but I must say that the salesman at Filton changed my opinion and couldn't have been more helpful, James was brilliant

James done a fantastic job we came into store wanting to buy 2x single beds for a our guest room james broke down what we needed and made it a lot easier for us we spent a little more than expected but we has happy with our purchase and the special priced lien james had to offer we recommend the store to our family and friends for future purchases

I was served by james i came into store to to make a change to my faulty mattress i also purchased a headbored in store witch i was told by the cribbs causeway store its not avalible james gave me fantasic service 5*!!!!

We felt listened to, guided, and left to try beds out for ourselves, and we were given plenty of time to consider our decision.
