The sales advisor was outstanding and not pushy, just so helpful. He knew everything about every mattress we tried and helped us narrow options down as we'd become a bit lost in the mattress world! Really competitive with prices as well. Would highly recommend dreams.

The shop assistant Grace was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful and efficient. She was able to explain the relative merits of the mattresses I was looking at, and was also able to recommend a particular type of mattress. Grace was also very polite, very attentive, and presented a highly professional and welcoming approach. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was able to make an informed and quick decision based on the advice given. Overall I was extremely impressed, and based on my overall experience at Dreams in Gloucester Road Filton, I will be very happy to use this store again the future. Grace is a credit to the company, and deserves to be approrpriately recognised for the exceptional service provided.

The staff allowed us to browse and offered their assistance when required without being intrusive. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated as if we were the most important customers they had ever had. A wonderful advert for the company in general and the store in particular.

The assistant offered help if we wanted it and we felt under no pressure to accept. When we needed help she asked what we wanted and why, then talked us through options. She was really friendly and did not rush us (we kept trying the same beds many times). The only slightly adverse comment I would make is that the computer system was really slow and we had to enter the information twice before it worked. However, the staff were really apologetic and succeed in the end!

Quick, friendly, understanding of needs, flexible, local shop would just have liked it delivered sooner !

The woman in the shop was very helpful however the charge for taking the mattress to the bedroom for a disabled person in a bungalow on the ground floor is tight to say the least. And if anything you should look into this, if we were talking about flats or a house then I'd say nothing on the matter.

The customer service was excellent. Grace was nice and relaxed - not too pushy (which is always off putting) but very knowledgeable about the products. She even managed to up sell us onto more expensive pillows than we were planning on getting! I'd normally go for the cheaper option but she encouraged us to try the products and pointed out the discount on the higher brand pillows.

Alan, the store manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have been looking to purchase this mattress for some time and we had visited several stores but Alan was the first person who we felt truly knew about the product and his knowledge convinced us to buy. At no time was Alan pushing or doing a hard sell on us. Something that we really dislike. He was efficient and confirmed everything when he said he would .
