Assistant listen d to our needs and showed us a variety of matteress,s . He seemed to have excellent knowledge of the products on sale and we did not feel rushed or pushed into a sale. The assistant was helpful, polite and knowledgable making our first bed looking trip a pleasure.

Happy with my visit I went in, found the day bed I wanted straight away, shame the trundle wasn't there to see as I wanted to measure the distance between the top of the trundle and the underneath of the bed to see if my mattress would fit. That's my only windge really.

A friendly and most helpful visit on both occasions I visited the Filton store. I was also highly impressed with customer services when I requested a change to the delivery plans. Thank you to all staff concerned.

I went to dreams with my step father to purchase him a new bed, he has mobility problems and is a large man and the assistant treated us with great care and consideration allowing him plenty of time to get on and off the bed and fetching him extra pillows to allow him ease of movement.
