We went to look at what was available in the Dreams Store, we were approached and then allowed to wander around to see for ourselves. When we needed guidance, Alan was available to help us choose a mattress that would suit our specific needs. We felt we were given good advice and not pressured in any way to buy.

We went into the store on a Sunday morning looking for a mattress suitable for people with back problems. The store had two staff members and they allowed us time to browse before one came over and asked if we wanted help. James, who sold us our chosen mattress, seemed very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose a Sealy mattress that wasn't too far outside of our budget of £500. He gave us information about the brand itself and how the mattress gave good air flow, only needed rotating rather than flipping, and was hard-wearing due to the usual customers of Sealy being the larger-built American market. This convinced us that the mattress was the right choice. Throughout James was friendly and good-humoured and did not pressurize us.
