We were given the support we needed in buying our bed. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive options on offer and we felt at ease in making our choices. Great service

On entering the store, we were greeted by a very bubbly assistant called Grace. We explained what we were looking for and she took us right to the product and fully explained all the benefits (we were looking for a memory foam bed) of the Tempur range, she even got the manager to make us a cup of Tea! Having tried the beds we decided with the help of Grace on the one we wanted. I know its Grace's job but she went on to show us the pillows and mattress protector which we added to our order, even to offering us a fitted sheet from the sale range. So we spent £1,842.81 that afternoon with one thing and another, and I must say Grace and the manager made the shopping experience a very pleasant one. We had visited Dreams a week previously and were highly impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff but at that point needed to compare with other shops. We then returned today specifically because of the staff and purchased our mattress and bed. The staff who assisted us were James and Alan.

Went into store to look around ,Grace was very welcoming was able to answer the questions I asked , encouraged to try each mattress ,then gave me the space to thing about my decision . walk out feeling good one new mattress purchase, saving £400 result!!
