Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, they spent time with us to try to find the most suitable products for our needs. Unfortunately, we had to exchange one of our items but the staff made this quick and easy to do.

we expressed concern about chemicals used in mattresses as our children have extreme sensitivities and we were shown a wool mattress (natural fibre) that was within our price range and also immediately available, as we needed a bed the next day. James was very kind and very very helpful. We feel like we got excellent value for the money and the bed that he sold us is wicked cosy.

The help offered by the staff (Grace, Bristol Cribbs) was top class. Plenty of time spent with me to understand what I was looking for. No hard sale pushed at me, but I was able to make my own decision.
