Very pleased knew what we wanted through a visit to your Web site. Served by Grace extremely helpfully, suggested alternatives. Offered to help carry goods to my car, but only pillows and a duvet. Will certainly consider Dreams at Filton when future requirements are needed.

The assistant was helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgable. She went to do additional research leaving us to discuss our position. We were not put under any pressure to buy which is nice to come across these days!

We walked in and had a good look round first, and then the assistant approached to ask if they could help. We explained what type of mattress we were looking for, and the assistant showed us all the mattresses that fitted our criteria. They were helpful, polite and not pushy, it was quite late in the day, but nothing was too much trouble, overall excellent experience, We had been to another supplier previously and walked out due to the service we got, so it was nice to receive a high level of advice and options.

James who served us was very knowledgeable. Spent time with us to choose the best product for our needs. Very polite, friendly and professional. It was a lovely experience and as we have had bad experiences with dreams before, James has really restored our faith in the company, and we would be very likely to return based on this experience alone.
