Grace was very friendly and helpful

Our assistant Grace was really friendly and helpful but did not get in the way of our decision making process.

The staff were readily available, explained how to choose mattress in most effective way, answered questions and gave us time.

This is the 3rd bed we have bought from Dreams within the last 4 years, so it was our first choice to choose another bed. The service we received was friendly and not intrusive at all, allowing us time to view and wonder. Suggestions was made from the sales representative to look up stairs where there were more beds after knowing what we were looking for. The sales representative had knowledge about the beds and was able to help us choose knowing what sort of bed we already had. A suggestion also to try a Dreams pillow whilst trying the beds made my decision easier.

Very friendly, attentive & informative service from Alan & then James who spent a considerable amount of time with us & provided cups of tea.
