Dreams - Bristol - Filton

I was guided through choosing what I was looking for efficiently.

We were allowed to wander around the store to view products on display without a salesperson following our every move. This allowed us to make up our minds without any pressure put on us. When we had decided which bed we wanted the assistant was very helpful and supplied all information that I asked about the bed.

The assistant could not have been more helpful in demonstrating the various mattresses available and the one most suited to our needs . She did so in a relaxed , cheerful manner , with no pressure on us to hurry into a purchased .

The operative took time to explain each and every option which helped in our choice

James went to great lengths to find the bed that suited our needs and within our budget.

The overall experience was excellent and we were very satisfied with the service. The assistant even offered for our children to be kept occupied in the tempur booth whilst he helped us choose a mattress.

Friendly assistants who spent time making sure we were purchasing the correct bed.

The only problem was that the Assistant was not aware that Dreams gives Nectar points for purchases. I have been promised that she (Grace) will ensure that these are added to my card (albeit - I have just realised she did not take the number). For reference this is 19293032 013

Alan was helpful and knowledgeable without making us feel pressured into purchasing something we did not want.He allowed us plenty of time to try out the matress we wanted to buy. He explained very well the difference of the soft, medium and firm matress and advised us accordingly.
