We were assisted by Grace, who dealt with us with good humour and a genuine desire to understand our needs. Even though we're the weird couple who actually agree on things! We will definitely be recommending both her and the store to anyone needing a bed or mattress in the future.

All the items we wanted to look at were on display in the showroom. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very polite and helpful salesperson and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very informative about the product and knew what stock he had available, i.e. headboard, to go with the product. He was efficient and very effective when placing the order and catered for all my needs without a problem.

The assistant allowed me to browse in the shop and did not "force" himself on me. When I asked for advice and detail he was concise and straight-forward.

Grace and Alan were very helpful at the Filton Bristol Branch. they worked well together.
