I went looking for a single mattress. Grace, the sales person, asked me questions about what type of mattress I currently had and explained the different types available as well as the types of pillows available. The first mattress she showed me was out of my price bracket but she was perfectly happy to show me cheaper options and explained the differences of each one she showed me. Once I'd decided on the one I wanted the paperwork was efficiently dealt with and she added in some good quality 'freebies' which was a pleasant surprise. She was very pleasant and helpful throughout.

Staff were very helpful, had a good knowledge of products. Didn't try to hurry us, not pushy.

I was given excellent advice and assistance throughout my visit and purchase of my mattress.

James was on his own in the store and dealing with other customers. He came up to us and apologised and we said we would get some lunch in the KFC and come back. He said he would refund the cost of our lunch against our purchase.
