Alan was very helpful in explaining what was on offer in the store and then allowed me time to consider the different options for myself without being too pushy. He was on hand when I wanted to ask a question but I did not feel rushed or pressured in to a purchase.

Grace, the member of staff that assisted us was really helpful,friendly and knowledgeable, we got exactly what we wanted,great experience will definitely be back.

Brilliant staff and patien

We were looking for a guest bed that had the capability of being a single, a double or two separate beds to cater for all our family needs. James advised us of all the different choices available, including the many types of mattresses and which would be best suited for our use. We also discussed the size of the room we were trying to fit them in. James was very informative, listened to all our queries and answered them all and demonstrated the different options. We never felt pressurised into making a choice or purchase. I must admit we were very impressed with the service we received, thank you.

Alan was very helpful and even made us a cup of tea! I have bought your products before which have been of good quality and so returned with a friend. You feel you are buying goods which will be of good quality and staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the products.

Welcoming service, Alan understand the product well he gave enough space with out being push into a sale. It was just easy! I sure my husband will call in the future and ask for help for his hotel business.

We were assisted by Grace and she was great, friendly helpful and with plenty of product knowledge. Once our decision on which product to buy was decided, our order was completed with ease and Grace was friendly and helpful throughout.

It was an easy process. We weren't sure what we were looking for but were helped through every step by Grace and came away really happy with what we purchased.

I got a mattress and was not satisfied with it because it was to hard so phoned the people and went back to the shop and order another but they said it was around £300 pounds cheaper and that I counldnt have the money back witch I'm not happy about as I am only a pensioner and can not afford 2 give breams this much money
