Grace, the shop assistant was very welcoming and friendly, she took the time to understand our needs, she wasn’t pushy and had the right balance of talking to us and giving us time and letting the products sell themselves. She offered us a drink a couple of times as we were there a while. She just really made the experience an enjoyable one. Couldn’t have asked for me, very impressed.

The sales assistant could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. We were attended to promptly, throughly and in a manner that we were being listened to without being pressured purchase. When making the purchase the whole thing was pretty quick and seamless, the only thing I had hoped was that there would have been bed side tables available but there were none with the bed frame we chose. The whole experience was pleasurable I would happily return to this store.

We were met by Abbie on arrival at the store and when i described the type of bed i was looking for, she immediately took us to the most suitable product. We then tried a few of the other beds but went back to the first one she showed us and purchased it. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all fun to deal with. We would definately come back to Dreams when we need another bed. Thank you Abbie.
