I was looking for a tempur mattress, James gave me space to browse before asking if we needed assistance. He asked the right questions and his knowledge of the products was very helpful with regards to choosing the right product for me. He even gave my son colouring in to do to entertain him whilst we went through the order.

I visited the store and James was in attendance. When I arrived James said he was with another customer and would be a few minutes. He asked he what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I asked if I could try out the mattresses and he said I could. James found me and I asked him a few questions and from that I bought two mattresses. I explained to James that I live on a narrow street so could a small van deliver the goods. The delivery guys arrived Paul and Dave made the delivery a memorable experience as so many times I tell retailers about my road and on day of delivery they tell me they are at bottom of my road and can't get down so another delivery date has to be made. The delivery guys were so helpful as I asked them would they take the mattresses up one flight of stairs and they had them up in a minute. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and performed their job to a high standard.

The assistant, Grace, was most helpful and understanding towards our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she seemed to go that extra mile to assist.

The assistance was professional and personal at the same time. The detail of product knowledge was clear.

I have just moved to Bristol and will be needing new furniture etc for my place so will be visiting the store much much more.

He informed us of our options and left us to try the products with no pushiness. He was instantly available to complete the purchase when we had made our decision
