The store if Filton, Bristol had lots of beds on display and the colour-coded system made it very easy to understand the different types of beds. The store assistant was very helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. I did not feel pressured into getting the most expensive bed rather than the one that was right for me. I was also informed of all the special offers before purchase to make sure I got the best deal.

James was helpful and informative without being overly pushy or making us feel pressured into making a decision.

Grace was really helpful and knowledgeable; I arrived knowing nothing about what I wanted to buy but she guided me very efficiently through the product range. She even made me a cup of tea! I am really looking forward to my new mattress being delivered as I feel that I have chosen the product from a position of being well informed.
