Grace was very knowledgeable of the products she was selling. She took her time to listen to what my needs and wishes were. She did not make me feel pressured into purchasing at any time. I feel that she is an asset to Dreams.

I went in to just 'look' regarding a new mattress as I have been suffering with a bad back resultying in deep tissue massages etc. There was no heavy sales pressure, which I loath and infact Alan was very helpful, so much so I ended up buying a bed and an ottaman base!

WE were served by Alan at the Filton, Shield Retail Centre. He shared his obvious expertise with us leading to a very satisfactory purchase. He and his colleagues treated us courteously and considerately. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to our friends and will almost certainly return for further purchases ourselves.

Our sales person, James, was extremely patient with us, particularly as we had two young children (3 and 1) with us. He wasn't pushy in the slightest, and made us feel comfortable. The store was nice and quiet at the time. James also seemed creative in finding solutions for us, and was willing to match deals we had researched online. Felt safe in his care.
