Thebcolleague,James, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being excessively effusive. We were encouraged to lie on the beds in which we were interested to try to gauge their suitability. The filling out of the order was quick and efficient. A search was made to get the earliest delivery. We do have one worry however; my wife and I both suffer from various health proplems which render us registered disabled. The mattress cover that you supply indicates that removal of the old mattress can only take place if the mattress is bagged and sealed. These two things are, I'm afraid beyond our abilities!
