Friendly and approachable assistant who knew her products very well -a swift,easy process form a most helpful assisitant (grace)

Very pleasant staff who were on hand to help us but were not to pushy good product knowledge which helped us make the best choice

My husband and I were only looking to findout what was available as we were thinking of changing our bed but hadn't quit decided what we would like. Grace left us to wander round the shop for a while then asked what we were looking for, or what our budget was then began to tell us what was available in the price range, we were impressed by her knowledge and friendlieness, and the fact that there was no pressure, she then made us a cup of coffee, we changed our minds about the bed we should have before setteling on the one we chose.

There was sufficient choice & advice to be able to make a decision at the time. Price seemed a bit high but trusted that Dreams have competitive prices.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile & a hello, I told Grace what I wanted & straight away was taken to the appropriate beds, there was no pushing to buy there & then. About a week later when I went in to purchase bed & again a very nice welcome & very good at her job was treated with kindness & respect
