Our sales advisor Grace was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very happy to give us all the time we needed we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all Overall very happy with the service we received. We went to other bed retailers in Bristol but came back to Dreams Filton to purchase our bed from.

Really friendly & helpful assistant. Purchase was completed swiftly. Free delivery of product. Park Furnishers wanted to charge £50 for delivery following me spending £1000 😩. Made a follow up telephone order, following purchase of bed frame in store, all very efficient.

The store attendant was friendly and helpful, she was knowledgable about the products, listened to our requirements, answered our questions and arranged for us to try out mattresses. Very happy with experience and would recommend.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I wasn’t sure what mattress to get, so I was advised to use the bed machine (non technical term obviously). I was given a lot of information about the mattresses best for me. The sales rep made everything clear about delivery date and times. All in all I can’t fault the experience I had in store.
